  Place your item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranty cards, and tags intact, then pack it securely inside a shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure the shipment is fully insured during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
